Cinroom Pujo Look ("we") is run by Cinroom. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you make a Pujo Look, why, and how long we keep it. We follow the consent principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Why

To make your portrait, to keep the free service fair (limits per number, device and day), to measure our campaign (including Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which receive event data and, only with your marketing consent, a hashed version of your number), and to show anonymous totals to brands.

Your consent

Before you start, you tick one box. By ticking it you confirm and agree to each of these:

You can withdraw any part of this at any time (for example, stop WhatsApp offers or remove your photo from the gallery) by writing to us (below). We act on it within 7 days.

How long we keep it

Selfies and generated portraits are deleted automatically 30 days after creation. Portraits you allowed in the gallery are kept until the campaign ends, then deleted. Your selfie is never shown publicly, never put in logs or analytics, and never used to train AI models by us.

Who we share it with

Our service providers only, to run the service: the AI image provider (to create your portrait), Supabase (secure storage and database), Vercel (hosting) and Meta (ad measurement). We do not sell your data. As you agreed, partner brands may send you festive offers on WhatsApp, and your Pujo photo may be shown to brands and clients as an example of our work.

Your rights and deletion

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email deb@cinroom.com from any address with your WhatsApp number and, if you have it, your result link. We delete within 7 days and confirm by reply. You may also raise a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India.

Safety

Only adults may use this service. Do not upload photos of anyone else or of children. Portraits are festive and modest by design; we do not create images of deities.
